Handcrafted Personalised Wedding Signs

A lovely design featuring a vintage heart made of watercolour roses and flowers in soft pink and cream complimented by a leafy green foliage and an imperfect fancy font which appears slightly frayed around the edges.

The signs are printed with your personalised details to quality 300gsm white or cream hammer card and are available in sizes A5, A4 and A3.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

DRAFTS

Electronic drafts are sent to you within 48 working hours for approval before processing your order. Please check the drafts carefully as once they have been approved no further changes can be made without recharging you as your order is sent to print on approval of the drafts.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Orders are sent 2nd Class Royal Mail, other postage options are available.

Orders are dispatched within a MAXIMUM of 5 working days [this is from the date drafts have been approved], if you require your order sooner please contact us to discuss your requirements before placing your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS?

If when your item[s] arrive there is damage, please ensure you:

1. Keep all the packaging and the damaged [items] until we notify you that you can dispose of them as further photographic evidence may be required.

2. Send clear photographs [including close ups] and a message describing the damage.

This information is required in order for us to make a claim, once we receive this information replacements will be sent to you within 5 working days.

RETURNS

The stationery has been personalised and handcrafted to suit your wedding requirements [which has been approved by you before your order was processed], therefore no returns or refunds will be made unless the error has been made by Shelley's Invitations.
