Tips:
Sometimes the food won't rise. It is normal. When you put little oil, stickiness of the food is high, the water in food can’t generate enough steam to push it rise. In this case, you can take bottom away to take it out.
There may be scratches due to long distance shipping. Please kindly understand. Please tear off the film on the surface of the machine and generally scratches will disappear.
