How can I order a custom sash? 

After you put through your order, leave us a message with the ‘text’ and colour of your choosing. Maximum text length is 20 characters 

There are 3 text colour available. Gold, Silver, Rose Gold. 15 Sash Colours

Fonts Option?

No Fonts option in this list. Its will same as sample image. If you need your own FONTs contact us. Make sure you have right fonts name or fonts pack.

What colour sashes are available? Refer to or Sash colour chart

Select the ‘other colours’ option and leave us a message of which colour you want at checkout. Please refer to our colour number chart for options and include this number in your message (e.g. #000000 refers to black). Also, try to copy our colour code ( e.g search #000000 Black)and search on Google Colour image. You will find more colour images to help you get close looking. Colour chart should list on product image list. If you can't found. Contact us please.

Where can I find other sashes?

How can I remove the creases on the sash? 

Any creases that were created via postage can be removed by ironing. Do not iron directly on the printed side. Iron on the back and use a temperature of lower than 110 degrees Celsius. Alternatively, the sash can also be rinsed in cold water and hung out to dry.

Shipping and Pick Up 

We Use Australia regular postage for our standard postage Free Service. If there is a time pressure, Please add express post service to your order or use our express postage service (including tracking).

Free Postage: Terms and Conditions : We only use Australia Post to deliver our products. The official Australia Post website states that the standard delivery time is up to 2- 6 working days. We process and dispatch the products the day after we receive the order. Please factor this time into the overall postage time. Please also refer to the Australia Post website for timing based on your location.

This service is still very reliable (over 99.8 %) and most of our customers have received their items with no problems and on time.

Please contact us should your order not arrive within 5-6 working please note, there is no tracking available for the free postage service. This means missing orders are difficult to trace. We can offer a resend order for $13.5 per item. This will cover part of our handling fees ( One offer per customer). If you require delivery quickly we strongly recommend purchasing the EXPRESS postage service or PICK UP the products at our store.

Guarantee / Returns

We do take returns of customized items
We are happy to re-send item at our cost, however, we must wait a period of 21 days in order for the parcel to be deemed lost for deliveries within Australia and 31 days for international deliveries. 
We will also offer refunds for goods damaged upon delivery.  Please provide images
