This is the lower half of a vintage Rockwell Delta belt sander. There is an on/off switch in the bock mounted on stand. Both the electric motor and the sander work when turn on. Other than that not sure of condition. Please look at pictures for best details. This is how unit was when I got it. No other parts were with it.
