This magazine is very hard to find, especially issues that date back to the 1940's. This issue, as well as the other Boxoffice magazines that I am selling, were being stored in the floor boards of a theater that was being demolished. They were rescued before demolition occurred, but do have some wear from being stored and handled over the last 70+ years. 

Condition:

- Front cover has tears and heavy soiling

- spine has some tears

- Back cover has some tears and stains

- Pages all seem to be intact and in good condition 

- Overall, good condition considering it's 75+ years old!
