I received this directly from the family who previously owned the indoor movie theatre in Calvert City, KY back in 1945. These are incredibly hard to find!

This book is in good condition, overall. There are light moisture stains that show on some of the pages inside the book. Otherwise, the book is in really good condition. The cover is firm and in good condition. Overall, it is in good condition with a tremendous amount of character and provenance. Please see pictures
