Blue glass vase from the Portieux
Vallerysthal factory representing a hand holding a cornucopia and dating
approximately from the 1920s. “Cornet” vase or “Main” vase. The ring finger
wears a ring and the base represents the wrist of a lace blouse. Most of the
gold paint has worn off and there is a hole in the bottom of the vase that was
once glued and the pieces came loose when I washed it.(see pictures) Mounted on decorative metal base. Measures 10 ¼” high. Please see photos as
they are the most accurate description of the condition of this item.
