C. 1930. Handle shows some dings and small dents and discoloring. It has a very detailed flower at the top.
Shows some signs of prior use and is in very good condition. Shaft shows some scuffs, some dings and some small scratches, no cracks. Lacquer is in good condition. Has a light weight sturdy shaft and an later added rubber tip.
