This is 5 and 1/2 inches tall and is Sterling Silver. Hailing from the University of South Dakota. A very ornate handle with the word University below the top of handle. A beautiful Indian Chief lower right corner. The word South Dakota just to the top of the Indian. Above that there is a team of horses plowing with pic of driver. Notice the outer edge at the sides and top which has these words: Under God The People Rule. On the inside of handle it is marked Sterling which is difficult to show in the photo. No damage can be seen and just needs a little polishing. A beautiful Indian Spoon and hope you may like to add this to your collection. Thanks David
