Eight pages inside describe the building, amenities and activities including religious meetings and a summer camp for boys. The building, located at the corner of Cherry and First Streets was opened in 1908. Baseball great Pete Rose lived in an adjoining dormitory when he played for the Macon Peaches, Bob Hope and Doris day used to visit. Heavyweight boxer W.L. “Young” Stribling once trained there. Since 2017, the building has been shut up is scheduled to reopen very soon as a health club. Booklet has some soiling and stains- primarily on the cover, but slightly affecting the text pages.
