Hand Bowl - 20cmThis lovely bowl is hand carved for us in Bali. The artist has cleverly captured a pose of a pair of hands held outstretched as if begging. This quirky little bowl is the perfect place to keep your keys and especially your loose change. The material used is a wood called Suar which has light and dark grain unique to each piece and each carving varies accordingly. Please note that the colours can go from a very light almost white colour to a dark brown colour. The carving has been lightly waxed to enhance the wood. As with all carvings keep away from heat sources such as radiators to ensure the wood does not over dry. Part of the appeal of this statue is it's handmade nature. It is crafted using a natural product using hand tools in the traditional way. As such please accept that there may be minor imperfections in the wood which add to it's authenticity and ensure you are not purchasing a generic, factory-made product. For indoor decorative use only, this item is not a toy.Customer Notice.
