TWO bits of magic history, in the form of souvenir programs from magic gatherings decades ago.

#1 is the 1986 S.A.M. Assembly 1 "Salute to Magic" souvenir program 

Interesting piece of ephemera, from the Soc. Of American Magicians' Parent Assembly #1, a mint condition program from their annual Salute to Magic show.

Information inside about George Schindler who was honored that year, as their President and magician of the year.     Show line-up included Karrell Fox, and magicians from the Assembly

#2 is the  S.E.A.M. 1995 Convention Program (Charlotte, NC)

This is a 12 page 8.5x11 inch program from the 1995 convention of the Southeastern Association of Magicians, held in Charlotte NC.   Of interest are 15 program length (brief) bios of headline magicians at the convention, including Mark Wilson, Mr Electric, Mike Gallo, Scott Cervine, Dan Garrett, Docc Hilford, and others.

Nostalgic ads for local businesses, magicians, and one for a brand new thing called a Magic Internet group.

Program is tight and clean, with only one mark, where someone penned "Gloves, OJ" on the autograph page.  In 1995 that whole mess with OJ Simpson was steal pretty fresh in our minds, and somebody went for the cheap laugh.
