Returns Policy

We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from our stock, provided it is in resellable condition within 14 days from the date of sale. New Returns must be in their original box with all original packaging enclosed. The Purchaser must pay for any postage costs back to Frankston Subaru. All products sold by Frankston Subaru are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty repair/replacement policies only. We will be happy to help our customers with their warranty repairs by directing them to the manufacturer’s warranty/repair department or customer service department. Any mistakes made by Frankston Subaru will be resolved at no cost to the buyer and postage fees will be covered.
