These are Red Urethane Coated Nylon Bicycle Wheel Rim Strips - Pair. For 700c x 16 mm bike wheels. Use these in place of 14mm-18mm width rim tape. These are a great alternative to the cloth rim tape that you usually see. They are a connected circle and are very easy to install on the bike. They will stretch a good bit around the wheel but they fall in place with ease.

The image shown is a Bontrager road wheel (700c). Installation is the same regardless of size. The 700c Rim Strips un-stretched are 16mm wide, when actually stretched they are about 15mm. We recommend them for any wheels that need 14mm-18mm tape. There are a few images of how to install. If you set an item in the valve hole (we used an allen wrench) then the strip will not slip, then hold one side of the wheel strip tight and work the other side around, we used a plastic marker as the thing I used to work it around the rim.
