Very tiny ceramic figure - could be porcelan...I'm not 100% sure. Chip on bottom of boot - please see photos. There is a candle inside so someone has customized this piece. Maker's sticker from bottom is missing. It's more detailed than the Enesco pieces that are similar, feels like Lefton -- but again, I cannot tell for sure. Approximately 2.5 inches tall and 3 inches in length.
