From Galoob's Micro Machines series of miniature figures and vehicles, the The Amazing Spider-Man Marvel Collector's Set, item #65828 released in 1993. This was a Kay-Bee store exclusive and features vehicles from Spider-Man and X-men, including - 

From X-Men: Brotherhood of Evil Mutants Helecarrier, Wolverine 4X4 Tracker, X-Men Blackbird (RS-150).

From Spider Man: Spider Man Turbo Car, Huyper-Cycle and Sky Crawler, Venom Flying All-Terrain Vehicle, Carnage Road Killer.

This toy was boxed up and went into dark climate-controlled storage the day it was purchased in 1993, so colors are sharp, crisp and non-faded. Never opened, never displayed. The box is in really excellent shape with the most minimal shelf wear, but certainly no bends, tears, creases or price stickers. The edges and corners are sharp. The window is crystal clear and unscratched. Look closely at pics before bidding. It absolutely looks fresh off the shelf!

I knew the shipping schedules of all the stores that carried toys in my area, and I would try my best to get there as they were being stocked, in many cases removing the toy from the packing case myself before it ever went onto the shelf. From the store they were boxed and went immediately into dark, climate controlled storage where they remain until I open them box-by-box to sell on eBay. I realize how important clean cards and boxes are to collectors, so I also take care in packing them so they arrive to you minty fresh!
