Despatch & Delivery

  • Order Cut-off: We endeavour to despatch all orders placed by 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday) on the same day using a next-working-day courier service.

  • Non-Working Days: Orders received on weekends or public bank holidays will be despatched on the next available working day.
  • Tracking: Once your order is despatched, tracking information is sent directly to your registered eBay email address or via SMS (if a mobile number is provided in your eBay account).
