The PID module monitors the actual temperature in the melting chamber at 2-second intervals so that it does not overheat or cool down. The temperature is kept constant around the melting point.

1.The temperature on the display is the actual temperature inside the furnace.
2.Press the Key U,the temperature number under the display will flash.When flashing,it means the temperature can be set.
3.Press the key ▲▼ to adjust the required temperature
Short press key ▲ the number will progressive increase by 1 degree
Long press key▲ the number will speedily increase
Short press key ▼ the number will progressive decrease by 1 degree
Long press key ▼ the number will speedily decrease
4.Press the key P to confirm the setting temperature.
5.On the display,the symbol =means heating and insulation.
on the display,the symbol =flashing means increasing the temperature
Below the display,the symbol =flashing means the holding temperature.
Note:
1. The product work is under high temperature conditions, so it can't work for a long time, and it needs to be cooled for 3 hours.
2. When working, mainly protect yourself and avoid high temperature burns
3. The product can't work in humid environment
4. If the molten product contains substances such as acid and alkali, these substances will produce harmful gases with corrosion at high levels. In this case we recommend opening the furnace cover during the smelting process.
5. The maximum temperature of the product is 1100 °C. It is forbidden to smelt beyond this temperature.
6. Before use, check if the crucible is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it immediately.
7. In order to achieve the best results of smelting, do not fill the crucible. Gas is generated during the smelting process, and the metal is filled with metal, which causes an increase in pressure and poses a danger. If the armor is full, open the lid and smelt.
