SHIPPING & HANDLING We insure that all of our items are packaged with care. Handling Time - Our handling time is set to ONE BUSINESS DAY. We ship packages Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. Calculated Shipping- Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions. We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage for shipping service. Shipping service cannot be changed after payment is received. If an alternate shipping service is requested, please contact us prior to purchase so that we can adjust the listing to meet your request. Combined Invoices - We will combine shipping if purchases can be safely combined. Combined invoices are sent Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. Returns in the event of breakage, buyers are refunded once a picture of box, packing materials and items are forwarded to seller. PAYMENT Payment - Payment is expected at the close of auction unless an agreement is made prior to auction close. Non-Paying Bidders - Unpaid item cases are opened after three days of non-payment. Non-paying bidders are blocked from future transactions. Cancelled Transactions - If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale, they will be blocked from future transactions. BIDDING Retracting Bids - Bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of eBay. If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions. Shill Bidding - If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported to eBay.
