This is the Cardboard Heroes Set 4: Animals (Steve Jackson Games, 1981), a set of 40 cardstock standee figures - each depicting a front and a back (or side) view - for Dungeons & Dragons or other role-playing or miniatures games.

The sheets are uncut and new in ziploc baggie (with price marked on the front).
