This is a NOS Left Side Sidemarker Trim Molding or Bezel for all 1977 Chevy Caprice models. GM part number is #371965. I do not have the RH side. Sorry, no packaging, but you can see in the pictures that the mounting nuts have never been on it. Chrome is usual GM quality with some small imperfections, as GM did not highly polish them or make them "Show Chrome". It is very shiny and has no pits or blemishes from age. Very nice piece but no box and do not have a RH side.
