From estate of a lifelong Morristown resident and memorabilia collector.

Crescent Center Drug Store exists today as Crescent Center Drugs.  The earliest mention I found was a 1963 Morristown article about the pharmacist.  This item likely dates from the 1970's up to the early 2000's (based on the original owner's date of passing).
