Here is a small radiator cap with metal eagle on top. I think the cap and the eagle are brass, but I'm not sure. It has the right weight, and a magnet does not stick to it.

The diameter of the cap is slightly bigger than a Model T cap. Approximately 2 inches. I don't know what cars it fits. 

The rust on the underside is washed on by whatever coolant it capped. The only steel part is the fastener in the middle.
