We ship to mainland Australia and Tasmania only. We use a selection of delivery services such as Australia Post, Fastway and TNT. Whom we use is based on the item and your location. As an example we cannot deliver large items to PO Boxes. Delivery times for majority of Metro and most Regional Towns of Australia are between 1 - 10 business days after dispatch. Some regional, and especially remote areas, can take much longer. If you live in such areas and require by a certain date we suggest to contact us to for an approximate ETA. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only.

As we use couriers to deliver majority of parcels, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery. Great Escape Camping recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.

If you change your mind we are glad to offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the item has not been opened, used, or damaged and returned within 30 days of receiving it. We will deduct any postage costs which we incurred from the refund (including items that are classed as free postage, as postage costs are areally only included in the price - Couriers do not actually deliver parcels for free!). Unfortunately, we can’t grant a refund if the returned item is not in resalable condition. Do not open package. Any expenses relating to the return of your product to store will have to be paid by you. The purchaser will incur delivery cost for returning the item to us. We will not accept COD Return Package. Our postage costs, eBay, PayPal and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

All items sold in a new condition are covered by the Manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.
