Unwanted / Change-of-Mind Returns

• Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a return.

• Once approved, items must be returned to us within 30 days.

• All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number before sending anything back.

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

• Contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.

• We will arrange a replacement, refund, or warranty assessment depending on the issue.

• Warranty claims follow the manufacturers terms, and some inspections may take additional time.

Returns from Outside the UK

• Clearly mark the parcel as RETURNED GOODS.

• Any customs charges resulting from incorrect declarations may be deducted from your refund.
