interchim puriFlash 4250 PF4250-B-10-C as pictured. Unfortunately, I'm unable to test this, because I don't have the rest of the system, but it was removed from a closing pharmaceutical lab and the overwhelming majority of the other equipment I've removed from there has been working, so it is a rather good bet that this will be functional as well.
