Add this piece to your collection today and experience a piece of history. The top and bottom is the same and probably made of celluloid. I pulled the tape out a few inches and went to just over 30 inches. So this is probably a 36 inch tape made of durable cloth which is yellow with black print. The inside outer edges have Pat info by Parisian. Shows a little bit of use as there is just the slightest bit of faint wrinkling in the celluloid other than that it is in beautiful condition. The tape measure is very clean and works nicely. Thanks for looking David
