Worn very little, a couple times other that the tags labels it is excellent and wearable. Made in the USA G.W. Division of Graff. 1980s trendy velour set. Elastic waist skirt, one velour covered back button at the neck. It was worn with a wide black macrame belt that to go over the waistline and was a separate purchase and not included. Tucked in or untucked, versatile set that can mix and match with other tops and bottoms. The shirt has two slant hidden pockets, short dolman sleaves matching top. Still in nice condition-, collectable fashionable and wearable designer set. Machine washable on the gentle cycle. Relaxed waist band measurements are 28 inches around but will stretch up to 32 inches without over stretching. Easy care 100 percent polyester velour.
