Made in Hong Kong by "MT" Multiple Toymakers / and possibly Century 21 Toys, or Lucky Toys. I found one other version of this similar ice cream van with Topo Gigio and only found a few of the truck with Mickey Mouse - it seems to be very rare.
1966 original model - not chinese reissue - this was mine when I was a kid in the 60's! OH MY!
This is a 6.25 inch long ice cream van, driven by Mickey Mouse. Bottom of the truck has Walt Disney Productions, Multiple Toymakers Company and Hong Kong.
Nice display piece...it is in very good condition....missing two minor pieces -- the white stripe off of one front tires, and on top of the cab there used to be a small sign that said "ICE CREAM"....but it is otherwise one of the most complete examples I could see anywhere. Save for a little dust (it sat on my shelf for decades), it is a great example.
I hope someone can enjoy it!!....I will send good vibes with this as it came personally from my own childhood!!!!!
