One teaspoon from Mallorca purchased in 1986.

Highly decorative, 4 inches long in total with bowl just under 1 inch diameter. The bowl is inscribed ESPANA and 1870, with a seated figure, presumably a reference to Spain's 'Glorious Revolution' of 1868-73.

The handle is an enamel crest with the word Mallorca and 2 quarters with red and yellow stripes relating to Spain, the other 2 quarters presumably represent Palma de Mallorca cathedral.

One teaspoon from Arles, France purchased 1976.  Boxed.

Handle has enamel badge with the Coat of Arms of Arles on the handle (a lion carrying a banner with Roman writing signifying the importance of the city in those far-off times).  Spoon 4.5 inches long, very decorative back and front.  Slight mark in bowl.
