We accept secure payment from all major credit and debit card providers via PayPal only.
Please note that payment has to be made within 4 days, otherwise eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case.
Please note for security reasons we only ship to your registered PayPal address and we do not take card payments over the phone.
We aim to dispatch your order same day (if received before 1pm) for next day delivery. If upgrades to hardware or software are requested,
please allow an additional 24 hours for dispatch so we can fully test the products before shipment. International orders are generally received in less than 7 working days to all parts of Europe.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address supplied to us during purchase (checkout) and the products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
International returns not accepted unless stated otherwise.
