Scareware Creepy Cage Keeper In Box Not Working.

I tested this item and it is not working but I am sure the right person knows how to fix the issue. It is in good condition, the skull is blue. Leave as is and still makes a very nice decoration for Halloween, has holes on the back for mounting to a wall.

Requires 4 AA batteries that are not included.
