Neil Stephen Fiala (born August 24, 1956) is an American former Major League Baseball player. He played in five games in the majors in September 1981, all as a pinch hitter. He pinch-hit three times for the St. Louis Cardinals without a hit, then was traded to the Cincinnati Reds on September 10 along with pitcher Joe Edelen for veteran reliever Doug Bair.

I am the author of Big Red Signing Machine for Autograph Magazine about collecting Cincinnati Reds autographs and the primary lender of autographs for the "Signature Reds Exhibit" at the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum in 2013 and this is from my personal collection.
