This is a brand new and unopened Grunty's Wagon set #12953 figure set.

These Jazwares toys were originally sold at Wal-Mart and were from the Nickelodeon Nick Jr. Channel television show "Miffy's Adventures Big and Small" based on the Miffy book series by Dutch artist Dick Bruna.
