Long term storage in a Mylar bags with acid-free boards
until submission to CGC in early November of 2022!
Each of the 2006 issues was preserved in a thick archival Mylar bag with a heavy-weight acid-free board, and stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. Each one was removed from its Mylar bag for the first time to be graded by CGC!! I submitted them to CGC to be graded and encased and they were returned, with 9.8 Grades, at the end of November 2022. Each copy, both before and after processing by CGC, NEVER has spent a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit, (and NEVER will as long as I own it!) Since they were received from CGC, each of these issues has been stored in, and each one will be shipped to its new owner in, its CGC-issued protective polybag.
Thanks to careful handling, and long-term storage in Mylar, they STILL look BRAND NEW, especially in their CGC cases with their BEST in Census 9.8 grades and Universal labels showing that each of these copies still has WHITE pages!!
In addition – the THREE issues in this set:
come from a single owner; were graded in the same CGC CERTIFICATION Batch; and they received CONSECUTIVE CGC CERTIFICATION NUMBERS (#415457007 through 415457009) making them a VERY UNIQUE collectible set!!
Note that the photos used in this listing are not stock images. They are images of the exact copies being offered for sale. The photos show: the CGC Universal Labels of the set of three CGC-graded issues; all three Front and Back covers; and the corners, ends and edges of the three issues. The 14th image shows the set back in their CGC-issued polybags, ready for shipment, and the final 3 images display the CGC Census for each of these 3 issues, as of August 17, 2024, so you can see for yourself that each copy is one of the Highest Graded copies of that issue - and review the rarity of CGC 9.8s for each numbered issue!
