Can't verify the age but has a small paper ring around handle with typed message like it may have been in a museum. It say's " Atacameno ano 600" the last two letters are eith DC, BC, or DO not comepletely sure. Tried to get best pictuers I could. The people of the Atacameno region lived in a very dry desert climate dating back approximately 4 - 6,000 years, at one point a couple of hundred years ago the region was mined for copper.  The indeginous Atacameno people still exist but most have moved to more hospitable locations around the area. The Atacameno area is in very northern Chile.

The bottom is marked P. Miller or P. Millar Chile

Measures 7" tall by 5-1/8" wide at it's widest point.

I have found no history on the potter who made this piece in Chile, but is remeniscent of other pieces that I have sold from there.
