Note- this material is a heavier cotton weave with a slight texture to it (see close-up photos). There is another Imperial Dress fabric that is lighter weight without the texture.

Condition notes- Valances were purchased from an overstock liquidation company. They are what is considered "new old stock". All that I have available are new & unused in their original zippered bags. Some zippered bags are nearly pristine. Others may have UPC-type stickers on their exteriors, sticker or tape residue, wrinkling in places to their cardboard inserts, and/or light soiling on the exterior (of the zippered bag).
The first persons who purchase valances will receive them with bags in the best condition bag, etc.

Also note- Waverly home linens are considered good quality. They do however seem to (most times) have excess threads hanging from some of their sewn areas. If you are like me and picky about this kind of thing, These threads can be easily snipped, with care taken for the surrounding fabric, using a small pair of scissors or nail clippers. Do not clip too close to the fabric! Buyer assumes damage risk while snipping threads.
