This is the 1/4th-scale polystone Helm of the Mouth of Sauron produced by Sideshow Weta Collectibles in 2005, based on the movie The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King. A limited edition release, this piece is #222/4000.

It is in excellent condition; it has been in a glass display case since it was opened - a little bit dusty, at worst. The original box with all of its packaging is included.
