U.S. 2 cent Exploded Booklet BK69 (554c.) MNH

It appears that when booklet was exploded the top pane was partially/completely separated from the selvage as there are two hinges holding the selvage and pane together. Scott Catalogue value for the complete booklet $400.00. All components including interleaving are included, only the staples are missing.
