My assumption is that it’s a commercial or a pitch for a TV show may be including tootsie toy, so may be a cartoon of some sort again these are all just predictions and hypothesis. On the front reads client tootsietoy, Title: FX series length 4.52 audio says mixed and on the side of the case on a red tag it reads a vault number 2-4-4 and it was an allied film and video in Chicago Illinois. There are signs of wear On the case and on the tape. Again not sure what exactly is on this tape. It’s some type of promo media maybe a commercial any toy collector will love it sold as is thanks for reading ebayers.
