These individual editions were successful RPG PC Games released in the early 1990's, only to be re-released through WizardWorks in a Collector's Edition which included all three games of the trilogy in one boxed set.  This was a common practice, due to the fact that the original game was released using 5 1/4" Floppy Disks.  At that time, multiple disks would be necessary to hold all the information needed to load the game, especially as the player progressed onto higher levels.  Once technology advanced to 3.5" HD Disks, fewer disks were needed to hold all the data, and it reduced the possibility of damaged disks from wear and tear of usage.

The Collector's Volume III, in addition to the 3.5" HD Disks for each game (1 for Gateway, 3 for Treasures and 3 for Pool of Darkness) included the Reference Manual for each game, as well as instructions for loading and creation of Save Game disks, another common practice of the time.  All materials have been confirmed, including the promotional items from WizardWorks.

All the material for the games, the disks, and the original box are all in excellent condition.  The display box is in excellent shape, with only minor scuff marks.  No tears or box crushing has occurred (thanks to the interior cardboard insert).  The manuals have no tears or markings on them, and the disks are clean.

For RPG gamers who enjoy the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons / Forgotten Realms line, this is a classic and a great addition to anyone who has a gaming set-up capable of playing this vintage series.  You're getting three classic games in one box!
