It has a metal handle, 2 metal latches that shut tight, and a hinged mounting piece on the back for wall mounting.

There are some items inside, some still sealed, but I am not selling these as "in date" or useable first aid items.

This looks more like a prop in an apocalyptic video game or film.

The rubber grommet is still in place and this might be able to use as a geo-cache box.
