Van Halen - 3 RARE limited edition deluxe CD in tin can case '98

CD is housed in a metal box, with cards that contain six slots each that may be connected in several different ways.
Also comes with a Van Halen III sticker and a Van Halen guitar pick. You can hear the contents in the package sliding around but I cannot open to check condition. I believe the disc comes in a paper sleeve and is not sliding around

Case is still sealed with thin black line across barcode
