This magazine is very hard to find, especially issues that date back to the 1940's. This issue, as well as the other Boxoffice magazines that I am selling, were being stored in the floor boards of a theater that was being demolished. They were rescued before demolition occurred, but do have some wear from being stored and handled over the last 80+ years. 

Condition:

- Front cover has writing/drawing on it

- General wear on back cover

- Some separation in the spine

- Dusty from being in storage over the years

- Overall, in good condition considering it's age!
