This magazine is very hard to find, especially issues that date back to the 1940's. This issue, as well as the other Boxoffice magazine issues that I am selling, were being stored in the floor boards of a theater that was being demolished. They were rescued before demolition occurred, but do have some wear from being stored and handled over the last 80+ years. 

Condition:

- Front cover detached

- Back covered is missing

- Tears and stains on the cover and spine

- Dusty from being in storage over the years

- Some pages w/ tears
