There is not a U.S. size, but measurements are as follows....

Armpit to armpit measures 22 inches.

42 inches at waist.

Length back neck to bottom is 30.5 inches.

This coat has only one few (see last picture). The lining fabric has pull damage where the inner closure button is.

Otherwise, very gently pre-owned. Very nice.
