All international orders are shipped through eBay's International Shipping program. Once your order reaches their international shipping hub, eBay assumes all responsibility for final delivery.

For buyers in countries that are excluded from eBay's program, it is recommended to use a trusted parcel forwarding service to handle delivery of your order. Any requests to ship an order directly without the use of these services will be denied.

Buyers are protected under eBay's Money Back Guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have a 30 day period following the date of delivery to request a refund or begin a return. In cases where an item is not received, eBay may step in and refund the buyer if receipt of delivery is provided.

For international buyers, once an order reaches their shipping hub, eBay assumes all responsibility for final delivery, returns, and refunds.
