Powers on and runs in both directions. Comes w/ 2 Plastic Cartridges. Comes w/ the instructions. Cable has a few kinks and is missing the end. The head is missing the guard, so the lock for the cable does not work. Missing screws to hold the head onto the body. The case has some surface rust and a slight dent, but locks and works fine. Please note all photos for what all is included.
