1999-2004 Ford F350 dually truck rear wheels. 

Approx 8 1/2 inches in diameter, 4 1/2 inches tall.  This is the style with 4 spring clips that clip onto the lugnuts.

Blank aftermarket center cap, does not have the Ford emblem in the middle.
