I’m not an art expert but open further examination it looks more like a lithograph print to me. I was told it was purchased in the 1970’s and has been hanging in a building hallway since. The back of the frame is damaged as seen in the photos. Some age discoloration on the print as seen in the photos. I’m not an art expert but feel free to ask questions.
